Crunchyroll has announced that YOASOBI will be performing live in Los Angeles and San Francisco in April 2024. These shows are happening in the same month YOASOBI’s debut in Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. YOASOBI was last in California in 2023 to perform in the Head in The Clouds Festival in Pasadena.

J-pop group YOASOBI has been making a huge splash in recent years, from 2019’s hit song “Into the Night (Yoru ni Kakeru)” to the record-breaking Oshi no Ko opening theme “Idol,” as well as themes for Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from MercuryFrieren: Beyond Journey’s Endand beyond. Now the duo is set to headline two West Coast shows with performances in Los Angeles and San Francisco on the way, both powered by Crunchyroll.

Following their upcoming performance at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards on March 2 and hovering right around their Coachella debut on April 12 and 19, YOASOBI will be performing in Los Angeles at Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall on April 18, followed by San Francisco at The Warfield on April 21.

YOASOBI – LIVE IN THE USA SHOWS & TICKETS

YOASOBI—which includes composer Ayase and vocalist ikura—is coming off a huge year that included their song “Idol” becoming the #1 song of the year on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 chart, and they made their U.S. debut last August at 88rising’s Head in the Clouds Festival. YOASOBI also recently opened for Coldplay at the Tokyo Dome on back-to-back nights of their Music of the Spheres World Tour, and their “Biri-Biri” song was released to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games.
