Sakura-Con announced through their social media on August 14, 2024, that they will be hosting Emi Lo as a guest at the 2025 convention. Emi Lo is a Taiwanese/Chinese-American voice actor and ADR voice director, most recently known for their voice roles in English dubs of anime and games as Lucy in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Maomao in The Apothecary Diaries, Ruan Mei in Honkai: Star Rail, Kate in Shadows House, Rena in Higurashi: When They Cry: GOU/SOTSU, Suma in Demon Slayer, Columbina/Damselette in Genshin Impact, Anne in Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, Rinku in D4DJ, Sophie in Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Sawatari in Chainsaw Man, and numerous other roles.
Sakura-Con is a long-running, annual anime convention in Washington, USA, organized by Asia Northwest Cultural Education Association.
